Delivery

Delivery is FREE to the local Berri area for orders over $55.00. A courier fee will be charged to other Riverland towns or when urgent deliveries are requested. In these cases we only charge our clients what we have been charged by the courier.

Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or out of stock situations with manufacturers. We will endevour to keep you informed when these delays occur.

BackOrders

If orders are delivered listing backorders for products that are urgent, please call us immediately. Often the backorder will follow within 24 to 48 hours, however, in many cases a substitute product of equal quality may be available, if the product brand that you have selected is experiencing unusual delays.
